    Yes, it's open box. But the warranty lies with the original manufacturer which
    is a good sign. And as far as I can tell, it comes with everything that it's
    supposed to. However, at $288, it makes this panel useful for pretty much anything
    you could want to use it for and nearly disposable! ASTAR
