    Challenger Pricing Announced

Dodge finally revealed the Challenger's pricing informations--$37,995 AND they are making them with V-8 Engines. Now I just need to scrounge up some change so I can start saving up for one! It's coming out in black, silver and HEMI orange

Looks like they will sell the majority of them to collectors.

First year will go to collectors. Then it's open season. (we hope)

Why would you collect a brand new car? Seems odd. And its just weird to me how we make things "collectors edition" the first time they come out. Its like what? Don't the people who want them decide that... Ahhh advertising campaigns.

I was assuming that at that price that mostly collectors would be interested in them.

Anything that is made as a "limited edition" could technically be a collector's item.

I'm sure that on this car, they will have numerical badging and records to keep track of who got which car.
