Going back to work after Christmas always makes me think of going back to school. Going back to school always makes me think of the movie, Back To School, which not only is a classic, but was a movie that I saw about 47 times during the first month of my oldest daughters life, was Comedy Channel had it on all the time and at 3 am, when you are trying to feed a crying a baby, Back To School is funniest damn thing ever. That's a really long way of saying, I just wanted some Sam Kinison.

I hope y'all had a good holiday. Mine was ok. But I'm about done with family time and darn near ok with having to be at work till 8 pm tonight doing inventory. Darn near..

I think my best gift, though I got a lot of nice things, was the Futurama Bright 'n Shiny Bender. Because gift robots are always cool, especially alcoholic ones.

Mostly, I'm just happy I managed to surprise the wife with a couple of her gifts, please the girls, and that it's all done. Naturally, every one is asking me what I want for my birthday in weeks, and is per usual, I can't imagine caring about it too much since A)I'm going to be old, and B) it's just too soon after Christmas. I think if I had a wish, it would be to move my birthday to I dunno, July.

At any rate, I got a lot counting ahead of me, so I gotta fly.
