No longer a partier, so probably gonna watch a movie with the family and sleep in on New Years Day, then cook a nice big rib roast.

Turn the clock at church with friends. Afterwards, maybe a small party? Remains to be seen. More than likely, chill.

Going down to Lethbridge Alberta (3 hour drive from Calgary) to visit some friends I haven't seen in a few years..... though technically that's this weekend (before New Years).

For New Years itself, might hang out with some of my friends and watch movies and such.

My sons birthday is New Years day but since his arsehat father and an inconsiderate judge are forcing him to spend that day with his father we are going to celebrate his bday New Year's eve instead.

I think I'm working New Years this year also. I'll have to check my schedule. I'm pretty sure that I'm doing the triad this year though (working Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years).

I'm doing absolutely nothing. New Years Eve bores me.

Got a couple looser friends coming for the weekend, prolly get drunk as hell, first visitors to my new digs in NH.

No plans for New Years Eve or Day so far. Maybe my neighbors will be around to share some brews with, maybe I'll go chill at a bar (something I never do). Most likely I'll just enjoy a quiet night at home and wish you apexers a happy one when the clocks flip.

I have a rule that I'm in for the day at 5 p.m. on New Year's Eve - there are too many "amateurs" out there driving around that night.

Today I promised my 9 year old that he could stay up until midnight and go outside and make some noise (my neighbors will love me, I'm sure!) I grew up going outside and banging on pots and pans at midnight - I'm sure we can come up with something a little more, um, festive Like light sticks and confetti poppers!

My dog will go bonkers with all the firecrackers and assorted illegal things that will be set off - so it will be a good thing to be home to comfort her.

Other than that, it's just another day...
