Who stole the monkey from the monkey bread??

I made monkey bread tonight..haven't done that in ages. Turned out great, and I even used brown sugar splenda blend instead of plain old brown sugar..mmmm It will be better tomorrow when the "goo" has had a chance to really sink in.

    Monkey Bread
4 tubes of pillsbury bisquits (or your favorite store brand)
1 stick of melted butter (in bowl)
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar splenda blend with 3 teaspoons of cinnamon added and stirred in.
-cut each bisquit into halves, roll in butter then roll in cinnamon/sugar mix
-place in lightly greased small pie plate or cake pan..repeat-pile high.
-bake at 350 for 35 minutes till top is brown..
    -remove from oven, and enjoy!

(tomorrow morning I'll probably toss some icing on these and have them like cini-mini-rolls...)

My mouth is watering already -- this sounds like a recipe I'll try making.

(I don't think I've ever had monkey bread).

Kids LOVE making monkey bread!!!! You can even toss some chocolate chips in between the dough balls for an extra treat!
