Does anyone know if that Qwest long distance thing still on?

Even if it is not, are the LD rates good?

Best per minute price I have found so far is the 4.16 cent AT&T calling card from Sams. No monthly charges and you can call from any phone in the country. There is a surchage if you use a pay phone. Get a 1000 minute card and it should last for awhile. Only other drawback is dialing the access and pin number before you dial the number you want. You can program a lot of phones to do it for you.
