well they are saying its my equipment thats messed up and not theres .im getting my routers screwed up or my computers screwing up the works . well i just swap my rig out withs the wifes. now i have her machine as my main and only rig online. we see if i drop service .i also have the router out of the loop for now.
i keep calling and had them out to the house 3 times this last month .and who knows how many phone calls !
