Automatically empty temp folder in XP Pro?

Folks, one of my applications at my work leaves junk in the temp folder here:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp

I'd like to either set up an AD policy or run a script that will empty this folder. Does anyone know of any applications that might do this?
