If you need MySQL/CGI, you can go up to their $4.08/month plan ($48.99 for the whole year) and get more space, more data transfer and all of what you see on their features list. They claim an average support request answer within 15 minutes and redundant hosting services. If you're looking for an economical hosting solution and don't want to sign up for 2 years (like some of the others) this is a great option for you.
