Dual Monitor - Fullscreen youtube on one while working on the other?

I dunno if anyone else has dual monitors going, but I've been going through a bunch of hulu/youtube stuff. and I love having it going full screen on one monitor. BUT, if I want to do something else on my other screen, it goes out of full screen mode, and goes back to it's little thing. Anyone know a way to keep the full screen mode on youtube/hulu while iming/coding/surfing on my other screen?

I've done the popout on the hulu, but that still has the bar on the top/bottom title/status bar that is annoying on dark screens.

I've got dual monitors, and I often do full screen hulu and youtube on one of them, but I'm not actively working on the other. Just watching my email accounts and skype for incoming messages. If you do find a solution, please post it.

The new version (0.9.9) of VLC lists a bugfix related to multi monitor support in windows, but doesn't have any details.

And VLC is more for offline viewing of video, but still related.

This one looks promising. I'll have to try it when I get home. Thanks. Now we just need the same thing for hulu.
