So you have to buy 40?

So that the cook has 2 to eat while he's grillin' the dogs.![]()

Oscar Mayer Bun-Length dogs come in packs of eight.
Hebrew National dogs (which are THE BOMB) come in packs of seven. Talk about perpetuation of an old stereotype!

I don't think this'll stop anything though - the better you idiot-proof a system, the more impressive the idiot becomes.

I used to buy Oscar Mayer hot dogs but I noticed something different about it. It tastes awful now. It's sweeter and denser. The coloring is darker. I used to love it with corn or noodles but I can't stand it anymore. It's like new Coke or something.
I like Costco hot dogs now street vendor ones.
Like I said...Originally Posted by InfiniteNothing

hot dogs are sold by weight - usually a pound.
You used to be able to pick up a 10 pack of buns in STL, I dunno if you still can.

now do you want to know what Hot Dogs are made of?
and it verys from state to state to.
You could pick up Lindsay Lohan for less than a intel 990x, and still have money left over to bail her outta jail
ehhh...i don't care what they're made of...waste nothing right? hahahOriginally Posted by renovation

If I am making my own hot dogs, I almost always buy National Hebrew or Nathan's. However, if i'm on the streets of NYC it's impossible for me to turn down a couple Sabrett's hot dogs =)
As far as a response to the hot dogs vs. buns question...it's all marketing. that's what i say.
