    Made my first souffle last night

    Cheese souffle to be exact....AND IT DIDN'T FALL! Woo!

    It was very surprising to me that something could be so light texturally and yet so heavy as a dish....
    potato gun + marshmallow gun = FLAMING MARSHMALLOWS OF DOOM!!!!!

    unfortunately I didn't get a picture of it before I ate it. I was excited to taste my creation!

    I'll be making a chocolate souffle soon though...so I'll take a picture of that!
