married at 24; we just celebrated our 4 year anniversary a few weeks ago. got a lot of crap for marrying young, but i think the age is less important then your maturity level, and where you are at that point in life.

I was 19, my bride was 18. We'll celebrate 25 years this February.

My daughter is getting married in January. She's 18 her fiancé is 19 (no, she's not pregnant...) My son married at age 21, his wife was 22.

Looking at my family history: My parents married at 19/20, at grandparents at 17/21. As far as I know, there has never been a divorce in my direct line of descent.
