Got a message from them saying that my CC was declined for payment. This is the second time in 3 months I was told that my CC was declined by them. To make things even worse, they begin charging me $10 for processing fee when my CC was, allegedly, declined. Gave them a new CC last time, but I won't do it this time. Anyway it smells fishy to me, as both of my cards (AMEX & DSCV) are of the best CCs and I never had such problem with other merchants. Could be a scheme of collecting people's CC number. BEWARE!
Below is my message to them.
FIRST THE SOUND QUALITY OF THE PHONE CALLS WERE GETTING WORSE AND WORSE, AND IT DID NOT GET ANY BETTER AFTER I SENT YOU 3 E-MAILS ABOUT THIS; THEN MY LINE WAS "DISCONNECTED" BY YOU, WHICH I HAVE NOT GOT ANY EXPLANATION YET EVEN AFTER 5 E-MAILS TO YOUR CS; AND NOW MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED! HOW RIDICULOUS COULD THIS BE?! MY CREDIT CARD WORKS PERFECTLY FINE WITH ALL THE OTHER LEGITIMATE MERCHANTS, WHY IT IS ONLY YOU WHO CAN NOT GET IT THROUGH?! I'VE CHECKED WITH MY CC AND THEY TOLD ME THAT NOBODY HAVE EVER TRIED TO CHARGE THE CARD. WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING HERE?! LAST TIME YOU DID THE SAME TRICK AND I GAVE YOU A NEW CC NUMBER, BUT DON'T BE TOO SMART TO ASSUME THAT YOU CAN FOOL YOUR CUSTOMERS ALL THE TIME. I AM NO NEWBIE TO THE INTERNET AND I AM FULLY AWARE OF VARIOUS SCHEMES ON THE WEB, INCLUDING THE LOW-END ONE OF COLLECTING PEOPLE'S CC NUMBERS. YOU'D BETTER MAKE MONEY IN THE RIGHT WAY, OTHERWISE BIGREDWIRE WILL BE DEAD WITHIN A MONTH.
