    yeah i get to the same screen, but the point is there was never a point to enter your address ... unless they have our information saved from a previous deal ..

    ah, i tried it again with a different email address and it took me to the survey. i think i remember a similar deal with a t-shirt, maybe this is the same one, and our other emails must be on file.

    I used my old email address to apply for free t-shirt without having any problem. I'm not sure what's the case here. Anyhow.

    Fatal Error: All processing has haulted

    I get this error when I try to do it. I go through a heavy duty firewall though... maybe that has something to do with it? see below


    Error Number = -2147220431
    Error Source = ProcessTemplateFile function
    Error Description = Template File does not Exists
