Jalepeno pepper stuffed with cream cheese and lump crabmeat wrapped in bacon. Go like candy when you cook them. You can pretty much put whatever you want in them. Sometimes I used lowfat cream cheese and turkey bacon.

hmm interesting... i'll try that next time...
I'm not a fan of seafood but those look interesting. You could probably substitute the crabmeat for any number of things and it would end up similar to a stuffed pepper (wrapped in bacon!).

Forgot one rule.....ALWAYS wear gloves when cutting the jalepeno open.
Yeah you can substitute the filling with anything. I usually use sausage or chopped pork, but tried crabmeat because I had a can in the fridge.
