I hope you had a nice weekend...and your mothers as well.

Mine was up and done for dumb reasons.

Saturday we went to see Iron Man 2, which was pretty good. Not as good as the first one, but pretty good. Then we all got crabby and Greta and I got a little feisty at each other which then traveled to the kids and to the grandparents and oy, it sucked. But things perked up later with some sorries and some Mad Men.

On Mother's Day, we watched SNL - Betty White was awesome - and did some spring planting of flowers. Though mostly that was Greta, as my foot did not like supporting my weight at all. I also went to National Camera and drooled a little over a Panasonic GF1, which is my current dream about camera. Not that I plan on getting it any time soon - my current goals are a fixed roof and an HTC Evo 4G. But that's ok, because I can totally obsess long term.

Otherwise, we hung at home mostly, took turns fighting off headaches and gnats that were just crazy in the yard on Sunday.
