Grilled some (marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic and fresh thyme) racks of lamb (over charcoal, of course!) medium rare, along with some veggies (zucchini, red peppers and onions coated with olive oil in a special grill basket). Served up with a grand reserve pinot noir. Yummmmmmmy! :dinner:
