    Bacon & Chicken

Boneless skinless chicken thighs wrapped in bacon. A few stray pieces of bacon and a spiral of garlic rosemary sausage on the grill from last Saturday. Put a little garlic wing sauce on a few of them.

Oh man that looks SO tasty...

I love BLSL thighs, I do them on the grill all the time. I usually pound them flat a bit then a couple hours in marinade, but I'm definitely gonna have to try your bacon wrapping idea. Mmmm!

Nah, that's my 22.5 in Weber Kettle.

Just wrap 'em, as the Bacon cooks it will tighten up around the chicken.
