whats your favorite type of cooked Fish?
The most flavorful fish dinner I ever had was years ago.
I Was in California and went to a place.don't remember the name. the place reminded me of a Mountain Jack restaurant.I can't remember the restaurant was around Riverside or Escondido California. the menu was painted on a wine bottle.they served Steak and Seafood. I order the special of the day fresh Ocean sea Bass in Butter. I normally am not a Fish eater. give me my meat and potatoes.
that night do I was in for a real treat. That had to be the best fish meal i ever had.
tonight is going to be fried Cod or Haddock it depends what the restaurant is serving on there all you can eat Fish Fry.

won't cook fish at home unless its on the outdoor grill. or tuna in a can
