    Steak and prime rib

I should have taken a picture after these were sliced. Perfect medium well on the Tri Tip steak and a little past medium on the prime rib. Both were excellent.

They look delicious. However, in my opinion perfect could never be associated with medium well and past medium in regard to a steak. Medium rare and past medium rare would be "perfect" for me!

One word....Kids.....the prime rib was my fault as I left it unattended. The average person wouldn't be able to tell I let it go just past medium.

    GAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH Screw you man.

I should have guessed from the title, but there should really be a site-wide rule about including warnings in thread titles when there are pictures of delicious food. Stumbling upon a photo of a juicy steak on a grill at 2am is nothing short of terror.
