Well, my plumbing is all fixed.

It's just a darn good thing we caught it when we did.

Some stuff got hit, mostly a box of old comics that weren't worth anything and some paperback books I was going to donate anyway. My wife has a thing for Rubbermaid bins which proved their worth in being water proof.

Plus, the other upside is we seriously needed to go through some of that stuff, but constantly put it off because it's one of those tasks that are just really hard to get yourself to start. Well, it's started now.
