Do you eat the seed of the pomegranate?
growing up, I never ate the seed. I'd put a few in my mouth, scrape off the good stuff, and spit the seed out, somewhat sunflowerseed ish. But I just got a pomegranate yogurt, thinking it would just be the juice in there, but what the... seeds! in the yogurt!
do most people just eat the seeds? and that's why they're in there?
Yea, I chew up the whole thing. Hell, I'd eat pomegranates much more often it if was just the fleshy juicy part!

Ah, was not aware you could/should eat the seed too. Pomegranates are interesting to eat fresh...but I'd probably just rather prefer eating them in other things like yogurt or drinks.
