I hope you had a good uh...month.

News is starting to trickle back in after being pretty dry for the last week, so soon I'll actually have something to post.

Meanwhile, I've had a pretty nice week off, with one exception. Kids and I didn't do anything special but play with our toys. I helped with Lego building and things like that, but I gotta say a LOT of Skylanders was played. Seems we weren't the only one, as those skylanders got snatched up in the days after Xmas.

I also spent a fair amount at the Steam Sale, mostly cheapo indie titles, but I did pick up Call of Duty MW3.

But I guess the one that took up all of my time was Star Wars The Old Republic. I've been pretty much playing that nonstop since Friday. Mostly because I'm a sucker for Bioware games.

Oh, the one exception? Having to take the wife to the ER on Xmas day due to a severe case of laryngitis that was so bad she was having a hard time breathing. That wasn't fun. She's luckily doing much better now.

Anyway, tomorrow is back to the grindstone, and part of me is quite ready to go back to work. But part of me knows it's not going to be pleasant. It never is after the holidays.
