Bought a Fagor Futuro 10qt Pressure cooker. The first thing I made was curry with potatoes quartered and carrots sliced in 1/2" cuts. It took about 30 minutes for the potatoes and carrots to cook even thought the instructions said 5-6 minutes. I think it takes longer to cook 6 potatoes by boiling them so I think I saved some time here.

Only thing is the curry powder stained the release valve plastic thingy. What else should I cook in it? I should cook a potato in the pressure cooker and one in boiling pot to see how they come out in 15 minutes.

The price is $160 but I got it at $110 on amazon. The price fluctuates a lot and frequently.
