However, I've noticed an interesting thing about laryngitis. No one wants to hear you talk, so people go out of their way to not talk to you. When you work a support job, that is a what we in the biz call a perk.

But then, the network goes down, the phones go crazy, and everyone gets to talk to Harvey.

I could get used to this.
