Ya, know... the one that comes with the 12x or 8x DVd kit. I have not actually found it separately to purchase. I will need this to work with my sblive to create the "phantom" center channel for 5.1 audio as I will get the Klipsch Promedia speakers which doesn't have a hardware center channel.
I was going to get the 12X kit, but I really want the Pioneer 16X drive and I still need that decoder board.

umm... yes it does have to be DXR3. There IS a difference.

I just happen to have one. I built a computer for someone and I bought the Creative retail kit with the dxr3 card. Then I put an ATi All-In Wonder card in it and the two didn't get along, so I jerked the dxr3. I have the card, the link cable (to connect to your graphics card), the tv-out cable and the software for it. Make me an offer.
