Today was truely a day where I achieved greatness. I never thought this day would come. *wipes tear from eye*

Today I learned that my parents (who can't even set the clock on the microwave) are actually using the DVD player I gave them. They actually went out and rented this series on DVD and are watching it everyday! My parents! The ones who had me drive over to their place because their system couldn't play sound (I went inside, pressed the mute button and the problem was fixed).

I'm...I'm still in shock. Someone pinch me. (except hapoo)

I'm proud of me too... I got my sister to actually hook up her DVD player with S-Video instead of the RCA's. And she actually noticed the difference!!!

Let's have a moment of silence.... There are angels celebrating all over the world for people who learn to use electronics.

Now if only those angels could get people to learn hw to actually USE their expensive computers (exhibit A: my Mom. Exhibit B: half of the people in my dorm.)

I'm working on trying to get my mom to press the correct button to turn on the computer, then maybe i'll teach her how to use the digital cable remote, which completely threw her off , and then i'll try to show her hot to play a DVD
