    how does burn proof work? is it a separate program or is it built into the burner?

    its built in to the burner. but you need to use a program that supports the technology. both nero burning rom and clonecd use it and IMO, those are the 2 best programs for most applications. also, if you plan on making music cds furio is also a great program, but i dont know if it supports burnproof.
