    I placed an order with AccessMicro.com about 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived yet.

    There customer service is horrible; i had to wait at least an hour if i ever called.

    When they say, "Ships in 3-4 days," expect that the item is actually out of stock and they mean "ships in 3-4 weeks." especially in the case of the pc150 ram.

    I'm not the only one with troubles with them, their reseller rating is only 3.6.

    I don't understand why deal sites keep linking to them; sure they have good prices but just a little bit of searching finds the same prices at other, more reliable places.

    When are you calling?

    I've called them three times (noon-2pm EST), and was put on hold each time... but it's always been 10-15 minutes.

    it's usually been about 3-5pm, but i have called once around noon (pacific time).

    i just called them again about an item i still haven't received. it was supposed to have come in a box i got last week, but it wasn't there. so they have to e-mail their warehouse and get an inventory check. they still don't know when i'll get it.

    if they don't ship it by tomorrow i'm going to cancel the remaining item and never deal with them again.

    I ordered 128 megs of ram from them about 2 months ago and it arived very quickly.

    no, actually, i haven't. i wasn't aware of that - thanks, though!

    though i don't feel that makes up for the lack of service they've given to many others.

    not every company. there are plenty of companies that have high reseller ratings with lots of people who have rated them.

    anyways, looks like i try calling again today.

    just talked to Chad Bowser- he's renewing my confidence in the company... looks like they'll ship it out monday, which is still a lot later than i'd like, but better than nothing.

    Yeah, I can't speak for companies in general (or their dealings with their other customers), but we've been working our tails off trying to build good relationships with the companies we can, so that they'll provide special service for you guys. It's that extra touch.
