I have in stock the Genica Roopaq Portable MP3 Player / USB Hard Drive with Brand New 20G IBM Notebook Hard Drive for $449 +$15 S&H. It is comparable to the Creative labs Nomad 6G player except that it has over 3 times the space (20Gig compared to 6Gig). Creative labs online shop price for the Nomad is $499 although you can get it for cheaper elsewhere, but hopefully you can see what a deal this is. For more info on the Roopaq, you can check it out at http://www.genica.com/MP3products/Mp3-roopaq.htm . Product comes with a 1 yr warranty on the Roopaq and 3 years on the IBM Hard Drive, both from the respective manufacturers.
If interested, email me at [email protected] for payment info or additional info. Paypal and Billpoint, as well as Money orders are accepted. If people want to check me out, you can check my Ebay Feedback rating at http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAP...k&userid=rvmco
I didnt know whether to post this here or in the for sale/trade section since each seems applicable as this is a great deal compared to the Nomad. Gabriel, if you consider that this is in the wrong area, please delete or move to appropriate category. Thanks!
Thanks, and have a good day!
I'd be a little leery about buying a product from a website that uses bad grammar to describe their product..
Maybe there's something in my coffee this morning, but doesn't the following sentence sound weird?
"Better than the Nomad (TM), more versatile than the
RioPort (TM), the Genica Roopaq (TM)is the perfect
solution for the want for a great external USB storage
drive and a versatile MP3 Music Player!"
And what's up with the 1.5 hours playtime on a rechargeable battery? All that storage and only 1.5 hours to go through it all?
Not that surprising, really. Keep in mind that most of the "off-brand" mp3 products are made in China, and they probably have people from the same region writing up the websites.
Yep, that paragraph was taken right from the Genica Website. I'll be able to let you know more about these in 2-3 days when I receive the parts to assemble these items. I'm going to be using one with an Arkon SF-100 adapter (Transmits signal to an FM channel because my truck doesnt have a cassette adapter). Excellent for a road trip to North Carolina next month! (about 11 hours drive from South Florida)
