    It's a bunch of bullshit. Read the entire article at the Register to learn even more about this technology. I for one will not be upgrading ANYTIME SOON!

    Shouldn't this thread be in the suckage forum.

    But the thing I can't stand is the fact that you HAVE to do the on-line activation or Microsoft will claim you have an Illegal copy even though you just spent like 120 on it.

    Micro$oft is intent on pushing this product activation crap. Go after the pirates who are the real problem and stop annoying end-users micro$oft!

    One result of this is people will be looking at non-microsoft operating systems to use.

    I think the whole concept is BS. I prolly reformat once every month or two. I don't want to have to call MS everytime I do that. For me, I think I'll stick with Win2000.
