    Question

    I just sent my mom $50 in flooz for mothers day to get my $25, but as of yet Flooz hasn't charged my cc and I haven't recieved any kind of email from them, and my mom hasn't gotten the email about it yet...
    does anybody know how long it takes to get the money sent? It doesnt make sense to have a mother's day promotion like this, then not be able to complete any transactions over the weekends...
    ugh, no wonder I never used flooz before

    I wouldn't be surprised if they don't honor the deal or send the flooz. That site is too unreliable! I still haven't recieved my free flooz from about 4-5 different sites. Anyone else have the same problem?

    I would agree, flooz is unreliable. Though if you know the history, you can't really blame them -- they were victims of massive fraud last xmas. Vendors have dropped from their list like flies, including drugstore.com

    here's a pisser story.. Flooz sent me an e-mail a few weeks back that said I'd get $15 if I sent someone $30 in Flooz. I thought it sounded fine enough so I did it. two weeks go by and I'm getting ticked off because my cc got charged for the $30 but my account never shows the $15 they promised. so I call them up and they tell me that I should've read the fine print where it says the offer's not good if you've got an account that received free Flooz in a special offer. well, all the accounts got a free $10 when you opened them at the time. so I point out how stupid it is to e-mail me a special deal that's not valid, then neglect to tell me when I order, then go ahead and charge my card. the CSR's response was.. 'Sorry, there's nothing I can do. The conditions were clearly stated.' after more complaining, he finally got his manager to approve a cancellation. man, what a pisser.

    anyone else run into this kind of hassle with Flooz?

    All I have to say is that Flooz will not be around much longer with their rude customer service, which I experienced as well.

    yea flooz is jacked up.. i got double charged ten bucks one time but i called up CS & they credited my card in a couple days no prob..
