I think the other statement is for an additonal chance to win some of their other stuff. That's how I read it anyway. Otherwise they are contradicting themselves.

You may be right. It says that part at the start but right before you enter your information to get the headphones it says the part I wrote, so there is no telling.

so is there a way to stop companies from promising a free gift and not following through. Can we report them to the BBB for false advertising or better yet, get them to shut down their site?
