I got one of their frozen pizza a couple days ago and when I opened it, it was a bit small (much smaller than the box and somewhat smaller than the cardboard under it). Also, it didn't bake too well.

Anyway, called their 800# and they were totally cool. They said that it was old (made in Nov '00) and they were going to do a quality check. They also said they were sending some free coupons.

This was very cool. So many companies these days are jerks about things and they were cool.
