If you're already a member of their service... there is a big thread going on another board about how to get 2 free months.
You just call 1-888-265-8008 and tell them you're considering cancelling because you're having connect problems and just not real satisfied with the service and need to know by what day to cancel and not get charged for the next month's service. Apparently they then offer you two free months of service to not cancel. MANY MANY people on that thread got their two months and very few were turned down. I guess there was a big downtime last Wednesday and people couldn't get online and that's a big point of argument for reps giving the free comp time.
Worth a shot I guess, their service does suck if you don't use tcp/ip. I know this is naughty... but it's almost as good as getting back at Staples.
