Is anyone else experiencing difficulty loading the Apex website? For the past 3 days all the pages on this site have taken over a minute to load. They seem to be stalling at the end. This is the only site where I'm having this problem. I am using IE 5.0 and have a T1 connection. This is great for my dissertation, but sucks otherwise. I am too impatient to look for a contact person, so I hope this gets to the powers that be.
