Hey all, I'm seriously considering purchasing a new car, but am stuck between two cars and not buying at all. Here's my contention and help me out please!

I test drove a brand new Acura TL Type-S and it was pretty good, but I like the punchiness of a 98-99 Lexus GS400 (the new GS430's are a bit much for my pockets). So, brand new Ac or used Lex? Plus, won't insurance be a little more for new cars?

If I don't buy at all, then I'll just invest my money over the next couple of years. But, I could still handle car payments with not much of a problem AND still invest, but just not as much (obviously).

Thoughts?
