    Thumbs up Unbelievable! US runner finishes on broken leg

    Manteo Mitchell was the first runner on the USA 4x400 relay team for their qualifying heat. 200m into his race his leg snapped, and he finished it with a time of 46 seconds. The US team easily qualified, and owes everything to Mitchell. If the US medals in the finals, Mitchell will get a well-deserved medal because he participated in the qualifying heat.
