Never a good sign when the repairman opens up the dryer and says "I've never seen this happen before". $250 later my dryer is fixed. Apparently a fuse blew because the powercord caught on fire and melted a few wires and stuff. Lucky all the lint didn't catch on fire.

I think maybe 5-7 years old? To me it's relatively new

It's a Frigidaire but made by Electrolux according to the metal stamp plate thingy.
