    Being Apex

    So I'm having a serious Being John Malkovich moment here. This is Nap posting as Apex. Site seems to think everyone is Apex?

    The private forums were really fascinating. I spent quite a while digging through some old admin threads from back in the day... discussion among the mods regarding warnings/ timeouts/ bans to certain users, threads locked or posts edited, etc. It was really interesting to see all the stuff that used to go on here behind the scenes.

    Back in the day I remember feeling like I was pushing the envelope quite a bit around here, esp. with heated discussions in the PF, etc. So I was a bit disappointed that the only bad thing mentioned about me in there was that one time I called someone a "dick" and a mod edited out. Seriously? I guess I wasn't as much of a troublemaker as I thought I was.

    It was like that scene in LOTR Fellowship of the Ring where the elf queen chick-lady is tempted by the ring... like the whole sky turned turquoise and there was a bright lights behind me and my hair stood straight out and my voice boomed like thunder and it was like super epic and stuff. Except I couldn't mess with anyone's profiles because all profiles pointed back to Apex. *sigh*
