I recently scored a free great condition 1.6ghz Centrino based Thinkpad, and the difference in performance between the original 512MB Ram, the 1GB I upgraded it to for a week, and now the 1.5GB I upgraded it to last night has made a massive difference.

Its been a while since I played with anything that had less than 2-4GB, i wonder how I lived with XP and 256MB back in the day?
