this was topane's idea from the "whose name do you like best" thread

my name is obviously borrowed from the doors tune "LA woman." mojo is used in a variety of ways, usually having to do with luck or sex. since i have neither, it's actually pretty ironic.

my retired name, m0j0, is the same thing....but basically came from my email addy, m0j0risin....which was a variant because my first choice was taken. i brought it over for continuity.

Dizzy was my adolescent-hood nickname... I'm not blonde but used Clarol products once in a while (meant in a funny way for all you blondes who might get offended by that comment) and T is my current nickname (first letter of my name).

But, my loving hubby calls me crabbie. He thinks that fits.

EsDee because I'm from San Diego and Loco because I am a crazy ass Mexican. Actually not really, I have a domain name called SDLocals.com and on several occasions when I have told my friends about it, they say "SD Locos?" So I decided to use EsDeeLoco. Fascinating I'm sure.

Actually, it is supposed to be Plutarco as in Plutarco Calles, but I am a terrible speller and the error has propagated. And, if you know who Plutarco Calles is, you get serious bonus points. (His picture is below)

Came from Cat's Cradle by Vonnegut, a hilarious book about the end of the world. I use it as my DJ name, and if I have too many aliases I get confused. So it's the same.

Good Job As president of Mexico and Jefe Máximo he was a shrewd politician (both very good and very bad). His Machiavellian ways are worthy of respect. And unlike most of the politicians of his time, he wasn't killed, just exiled.

when i first started snowboarding about 7 years ago, my sister was being funny and drew a picture of me on my snowboard.. uh, we were at one of those restaurants that gives you crayons so you can draw on the table. so, then she wrote "freeee styleee" cause that was how i was snowboarding. or something like that, who knows where she comes up with these things. but, i really liked styleee, and i've been styleee ever since.

and i get pissed when my name is taken. cause i am the orginal styleee
i'd rather be down the shore
OH SNAP! guess where I am?

I was living down the jersey shore before Jersey Shore.

Mine came from an old (gasp!) AOL account I had. See, I had this dream about Blue Sequins, so my account became BluSeqn. I then moved to IM only, and the name was AGuyIKnow. Combine those two, plus my general mood, and you get TheBluGuy.

    This is a no-brainer.

As for the 105, I was watching Eddie Murphy Raw, and he said that line about Michael Jackson weighing more than a "buck-o-five" and it stuck.

Pretty lame and unoriginal, I know.

never really had a nickname, i was always pretty much known as <insert siblings name here>'s little sister. starting using AOL, didn't want to use my name. i have this love (some may call it obsession) of the color orange. orange was all ready taken, so i used orange718 (color and birthday). i still use that, but wanted a little change, so i became theorangeone.

Had to come up with a name really quickly. So I emptied my brain and looked inward... After a requisite flash of inspiration, zenbooty was born!

I've had this name since the good old days of dial-up BBS. There was a 10-line BBS called The Fun Connection (TFC for short) in my area. I picked my name by looking through a spanish-english dictionary, looking for something that sounded cool. I don't remember what twilight translates to in Spanish.

badfish is a song by sublime that was stuck in my head way back when I was registering for AOL. All of my friends got used to it, so it has just followed me ever since. On a side note, the reason it is in caps is because badfish was taken on AOL so I spelled it with a lower case L which looks pretty much the same as a capitol i. Then I got used to typing it with the L so I keept it.

    Hey Dark,
Thats a pretty cool story, the sort that could be made into a movie if it were cooler, or funnier, or less computer geeky...

Forget it, I need to stop posting inane things...

Welfare is prolly the only person who remembers where my name came from...for the rest of you its a character you have to kill in Beyond Zork (the 4th game in the origional Zork series).

I love the origional zork games...they rock.
