Ok - on May 25th I ordered a Pentium Pro mobo from them. They sent me the wrong one, an Epox EP-7KXA Slot A, one I cannot even use (I ordered the PPro mobo cuz I already have the CPU, memory, case, etc. - it'll just be an extra box lying around) I sent them an email explaining what happened. They responded with an apology and stated that they would be expressing out the correct board and a pre-paid RMA shipping label. This was on June 1st. I sent another email on June 8th since I had not received anything. I STILL have not received anything from them, so I just sent them a nastygram.
I understand that mistakes happen, but these people are making NO ATTEMPT to correct theirs. I'll never order from them again.
ps - If I can't get this resolved I'll be selling this mobo if anyone's interested. I'll keep you posted.
It's been more that 30 days, you have made reasonable attempts to resolve the situation, contact your credit card co.
