Did anyone get their Staple's orders which were called in?

I tried to order something using the $40 off $150 but they canceled it because it was for new customers only. I've never called in before, do they ask for your account name? I'm thinking about calling in my order to try to take advantage of the coupons for dollars off and the attache case. Advice is greatly appreciated.

I think it may be the credit card number on file, But I am not really sure. i have used more than one 1st timer coupon with webcert's with no problems as long as they are different numbers. it would be very unlikely but I could be wrong

Yeah, i got my 40 gig maxtor, 5 reams of paper and 35 mm camera with no problem.
