Who here uses USENET on a regular basis? Is it something that has fallen through the cracks? Ever even heard of it?

Been using it for years. One thing -- subscribe to a decent usenet service. The usenet on most ISPs is pathetic.

I'm not talking about just what groups are carried. What is important is completeness of articles (especially if you are trying to reassemble mp3 files) and lifespan of articles (some services expire them in 24-48 hours on heavily trafficed groups).

I pull down a lot of dreamcast games and roadrunners tend to be very complete (try 1000-1200 files).. the mp3's are a piece of cake
