That thing looks like a thing one of my classmates brought to school. Except, the one that she brought was all brown. If I remember right, the story is that the cookie fell to the bottom of the oven and got all burnt and no one wanted to eat him.

no htat is another character... he is supposed to be toast... there is brown toast and black toast .. kidna funny actually cuz the black one is really burnt toast while the brown one is only burnt toast

here ya guys go! A friend of mine asked me to get one of these for her once. I check at Japan Town in SF. It was like $200 or something!!! I said, "I'm just as cuddly ...and free, too"

nope. sorry guys .. that isn't me.

and as to where you can get them .. i got mine at AX (the biggest anime expo in north america). you can find them at any of those cutesy stationary stores. i've seen them in little tokyo in LA and you should be able to find them in flushing, NY or j-town in SF. make sure you don't go to sanrio b/c tarepanda is not a sanrio character.

btw, i didnt pay $200 for mine.
