VERY interesting read...I suggest it to everyone, although it is a little long, it basically says that Coke screwed up really badly 11 years ago and could be in major trouble...but probably won't be because they have tie-ins and such...but yeah, it's a big conspiracy and incredibly interesting. Do read. And let me know what you think...

Wow - that is fascinating! I recommend that everyone take about an hour to sit down and read the whole article. It really makes you think...

so...for those who read...and want to discuss...

    what do you guyz think?
is it all a big messed up conspiracy?

I kinda feel that all articles makes it a little more that reality, but still, i kinda think that there is some foulplay involved...though not all of it that the article is assuming.

And also, I totally remember that classic coke, classic cars promotion this year...MESSED UP!!!

I'd like to see the denouement to the story. This just hammers home the idea that almost every person in the US government is corrupt. Federal judges, in my opinion, are some of the worst. The arrogance that they display is only eclipsed by certain politicians.

I think that the idea that the federal judges are essentially exempt from checks and balances is insane. Just b/c someone has a law degree and is old doesn't mean they are honest. I read the article, and I was amazed. It was really well written, and has some excellent points. I think I might look into getting Skolnick's book.

    how many judges...

have been kicked out of their seat?

it just doesn't happen...society's view of judges has always been fair, and so, they will never be targeted by the public

That's because they shaft people one at a time, instead of in large groups like politicians do. You better be perfect if you want to go against a federal judge. Dont forget, they can throw you in jail for 6 months for anything, no appeal, no bail....

thanks for the update. i thought that article was EXTREMELY interesting (i read it back in july), and i'm glad to see that there is the possibility of action in the situation.
while some of the conspiracy theories advanced in the article seem far-fetched, i never doubt for a moment that powerful corporate interests could pull them off....
