ok, well its new to me

here... the high bidder didn't get to win cause the seller called me and said he had bid on another of his cars and didn't buy it.... so i'm getting it for $4500, plus i can go pick it up in dallas, instead of having to ship it. Woohoo!

Neither of which can compare to getting (or better yet, building) a new PC.

Congrats Nano AND DarkFury. Both of you make me green with envy because my car is a piece of chit and doesn't run at all right now. I would prefer the truck over the BMW, but to each his own

... Markel... i know building a new PC is fun, but since i build up to 2 or 3 a day sometimes, on top of other stuff, its not much fun anymore... although getting a 256MB dimm for $19 and a 512MB dimm for $44 can put a smile on ones face when he installs it in his own computer and the bios shows a nice fat 1Gig of ram (already had 256 in it). and to top it all off, one of the 256mb sticks has a little green led on it that blinks when the memory is being accessed
