I was dumped yesterday, apparently Ice-9 was also dumped in the past couple of days.
How many others in the past week? I just have a morbid curiosity. Since there are no train wrecks to watch I thought I'd ask if anyone is as miserable as I.

Me too. I'm pretty miserable, but I think that's healthy. If you just shrugged it off, you didn't like her that much.

I'm in my watch-Swingers-every-night phase. That'll evolve into my In the Company of Men phase. Right about that time, I'll get a new girlfriend (hopefully, the two are unrelated).

yeah, i see i've already been mentioned. we weren't together that long, but we had been friends for a while before that, so it really sucks for things to be so screwed up with her now. it's only been about 12 hours at this point, and i haven't been productive in the slightest at work today. my head hurts.

ehh, you're better off without. my only stress relief in the world right now, my car, is in the shop, and it's driving me nuts. my roommates are evil bastards who want me to move out NOW instead of in a month when i can afford to, my girlfriend just broke up with me because she likes me too much (!?), and my dad has decided to stop helping me pay for school so he can buy himself a new BMW. great fuckin' week.

Ok, you win. Your life sucks much more than mine. Remind you dad that your education is an investment. The better off you are, the easier it will be for you to support him in his old age. It will be easier to do with a better education.

Berkeley. and my dad will hear none of it - he put himself through college, and he's proud that he made it. think he wants me to do the same. it's okay, i'm just going to take a deferred loan and tell him to go screw himself when he gets old, because i need another Porsche.

i'm gonna get past all this crap, it's just been a rough week. oh yeah, ucbstan, if you read this, it looks like i can't offer you that parking space after all, since i'm getting kicked out of my house.
